During a week you will get know Altai you could just fall in love with it and could not hide it from your clients.
May 22 We will meet you up at the airport in Novosibirsk. You can get there by plane from Moscow or Saint-Petersburg. You will appear in the mountains and on shore of great and rapid river after 500 km of slightly monotonous drive. Then there will be a small excursion through Botanic Garden.
May 23 You will get experience as a participant of rafting on the river Katun. For 2-3 hours we will get you through some "real" rifts on a raft. But it is not easy as it seems. Our professional guides and reliable "GRABNER' equipment will help you to enjoy the struggle against the river. During the rafting it is possible to make a stop on the rocky island Patmos. The island is situated in the middle of the river with the beautiful wooden church on it.
After the rafting we will visit hotels and camping in Chemalskiy and Mayminskiy regions.
May 24 Then moving through wonderful mountain way to yurt-and-tent camp.
May 25 Climbing through the pass Ak-Tru till glacier. Lunch on the ice tongue.
May 26 Trip to Kosh-Agatch. Visiting Telengit temple and Muslim mosque.
May 27 Way back to Kamlak with a stop next to training point "Seminskiy pass". You will get till panoramic point.
May 28 Returning to Novosibirsk with a stop next to holy spring Arghan-Suu. There is an opportunity to get souvenirs.
May 29 Leave for home.
It is a hard tour because of many numbers of transfers. You will have the bus, all for bivouacs and rafting, meal for three times per day, guide with assistant, who will give you information about Altai and answer all questions.
